Deposits
A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of your appointment.
How to prepare
Come with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid caffeine before your appointment. Please arrive alone and on time.
Location
Chicago, IL — exact address sent privately after your booking is confirmed.
Guests & children
Please come alone. The studio is a calm, quiet space and there is no waiting area for guests or children.
Late arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment.
